1. After serious violation of club rules, the member will be informed of the infraction(s) and warned by written or email notice that further violations of club rules could lead to cancellation of club membership.

2. On repeated violation of the club rules, the Board can meet to consider cancellation of the violator’s membership. The member can address the Board before the Board deliberates and votes in closed session.

3. In the event of cancellation of membership, the club will refund the unused portion the membership fee on a prorated basis.
