Trails Club Event Committee Meeting

Let's party!

The Trails Club leadership is establishing a new Events Committee for 2027 to plan and organize the wonderful annual events that we all enjoy. Our events are always fun and much appreciated by members, and we want to keep that tradition going!

Please Join us for meeting #2!! We welcome all who came to meeting #1, as well as those who expressed interest but were unable to make it. As a reminder, we’re counting on your great ideas and engagement to help form the new Committee!

For meeting #2, we'll picnic with our own lunches, review the volunteer list and areas of interest to determine how to cover areas where there are no volunteers thus far, agree on a committee structure to test in 2027, identify next steps, and maybe we'll even have the chance to walk through an event set up on our website, using Wild Apricot!

With more committee volunteers, the responsibilities can be shared amongst more helpers. And, we’ll have a diversity of ideas and skills that reflect the interests of our whole club.
