- Solicit (4) Quarterly Captains for their respective groups.
- Help the Quarter Captains fill their Calendars.
- Find a replacement for the one Representative in their group who will be leaving the Board by November 15th for the following year.
- Make Welcome Calls to new members to explain how the club works, equipment needed, how to use the website, etc.
