The Trails Club aims to have three or four Safaris in a calendar year.  If you are interested in planning a Safari, first step is to put together a small group to assist in the researching accommodations, hikes and other logistics. 

Next, write up a Safari Proposal and notify Secretary you wish to appear on the Board Agenda. Proposals should be presented to the Board at least three months in advance. Safari Proposals must include a brief description including name of hosts on the planning committee, dates, location, lodging with room descriptions and pricing plus cancellation policy,  food/meal info and where hikes will potentially take place.  Only lodging contracts approved by the Board and signed by the Club President are valid.

Once approved, notify the Webmaster so the hike can be added to the Event Calendar online and registration and email notifications can be worked out.
